RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. Where you have ordered multiple goods in one order and the goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good. Where goods are delivered in several partial consignments or pieces, the period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial consignment or piece.

How to Exercise the Right

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will not reimburse supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than that least expensive standard delivery.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier, unless we have offered to collect the goods.

Return of Goods and Costs

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

For complete bicycles, AOI.CYCLE bears the direct cost of return and will arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label with the applicable packing and dispatch instructions after receiving your withdrawal notice. For accessories and parts, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
